Constanta – places to eat

We started our day with a good coffee and something sweet at the Arabic Coffee Shop in the old center of Constanta. Everything, from the furniture to the serving it’s surrounded by traditional Arabic objects and you get to understand a part of the history of Constanta.

Another great place, recommended by our host, it’s Pizzico. It’s right across the statue of Ovidiu, at the sea side but it wasn’t open until later so we skipped it, this time. Our host was very exited and we’ve seen a lot of people eating there, later in the afternoon, so the place seems good.

In continuance with the people that walked this lands and brought a part of their culture&food with them, we found the Nikos Greek Taverna. The entire experience was amazing, starting with the place that takes you instantly on a Greek Island, continuing with the great waitress and the courses that where both delicious and of generous sizes. Being a greek taverna, of course you have also vegetable dishes and everything tastes exactly as in their home country. We will go there again and again, every time we’ll cross Constanta.
