Refund and Returns Policy for BIA Travels

Introduction: At BIA Travels, we strive to ensure that all our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or alter your travel arrangements. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to provide clear instructions and peace of mind should you need to request a refund or modify your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. More than 30 Days Prior to Departure:
    • Full refund minus a service fee of $50 per person.
  2. 15-30 Days Prior to Departure:
    • 50% refund of the total trip cost, excluding non-refundable deposits.
  3. Less than 15 Days Prior to Departure:
    • No refund available. We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Airfare, insurance, and any third-party services booked outside BIA Travels are subject to their own policies and may not be refundable through us.
  • Deposits required to secure bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Modifications:

  • Changes to your itinerary (dates, destinations, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Travel Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential travel disruptions.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Please submit your refund request in writing to our customer service team via email at support@biatravels.com. Include your booking reference, contact information, and the reason for the cancellation.

Processing Time:

  • Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.

Force Majeure:

  • In cases of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances preventing someone from fulfilling a contract), such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest, we will work with you to reschedule your trip where possible. Refunds in these situations will be at the discretion of BIA Travels and may be subject to administrative fees.

  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your travel experience arranged by BIA Travels, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
